About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to own the client experience across web and native mobile applications, working closely with backend and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
Build web applications using React 19, Next.js 15, App Router and TypeScript.
Develop native mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
Build and maintain the design system and UI/UX from Figma to production.
Integrate authentication using AWS Cognito and deploy through AWS Amplify.
Ensure applications are fast, accessible, responsive and secure.
Work with backend/product teams on integrations and user experiences.

Must Have
5+ years frontend development experience with shipped web and mobile applications.
Strong React, Next.js and TypeScript experience.
Hands-on React Native + Expo experience with genuine native apps.
Tailwind, shadcn/ui and responsive UI development.
Figma, design systems and WCAG accessibility.
State management using TanStack Query, Zustand or Redux.
Performance optimization including Core Web Vitals, code splitting and bundle optimization.
AWS Cognito and Amplify experience.
Knowledge of frontend security: XSS, CSRF, CORS, secure tokens and CSP.

Nice to Have
WebSocket / real-time UI experience.
Storybook, Playwright or Vitest.
i18n / multilingual and multi-region applications.
HRMS or enterprise SaaS experience.
